Overworld rents out the same VR and interactive games that fill our three Singapore outlets at Kallang Wave Mall, Orchard Central and Funan — and brings them to your event. Instead of a queue at a photo booth, your guests step into a free-roam VR arena, race across a glowing Floor Is Lava grid, or compete in an XR party game on the big screen. Our event equipment rental works for corporate events and D&D nights, company family days, school carnivals and orientation camps, mall roadshows and product launches, and community club events. The games run in short rounds, so a crowd of fifty or five hundred keeps moving and nobody waits long for a turn. Every activity is pick-up-and-play — no gaming experience needed, and our crew briefs each player before they start.
Everything comes as one package: we deliver the equipment to your venue anywhere in Singapore, set it up and test it, run every session with our own trained operators, handle any technical issue on the day and pack down when the event ends. View All FAQsWhat space do we need for an interactive game rental?
Each activity has its own footprint. VR Free Roam needs a clear, level play area with no obstacles; Floor Is Lava is a modular LED floor that scales to the space you have; XR Party Game only needs room for a screen and a play zone in front of it. Most fit comfortably into a function room, hotel ballroom, mall atrium, school hall or outdoor tentage. Send us your venue dimensions or a floor plan and we will confirm which activities fit and how to lay them out.
How many people can play at once?
It depends on the activity and how many stations you rent. Our games run in short rounds of a few minutes each, so a queue keeps moving and hundreds of guests can play over the course of an event. Tell us your expected crowd and event duration and we will recommend the number of stations so nobody waits long for a turn.
Do you provide staff to run the games?
Yes. Every rental includes our own trained operators on site for the full event. They set up and test the equipment, brief every player, run the sessions, keep the queue moving, handle any technical issue and pack everything down when the event ends. You do not need to assign your own staff to the games.
Can you customise the experience for our event?
Yes. Tell us the theme, the audience and what you want your guests to take away, and we will recommend the game mix, session length and setup that fit — a competitive tournament format for a corporate D&D, short family-friendly rounds for a carnival, or a scoreboard challenge for a roadshow. Branding and leaderboard options can be discussed for larger events.
Where in Singapore do you deliver?
Island-wide. We deliver, set up and run our games at offices, hotels, malls, community clubs, schools, event halls and outdoor tentage anywhere in Singapore. Delivery, setup and dismantling are included in every quote.
How far in advance should we book, and how is it priced?
The earlier the better — popular dates such as year-end D&D season and school holidays fill up quickly, so two to four weeks ahead is ideal, though we will always try to accommodate shorter notice. Pricing depends on the activities, number of stations, event duration and venue. Send us your date, headcount and venue and we will reply with a quotation.
