Where are your outlets located?
We have three outlets in Singapore:
- Overworld VR — 1 Stadium Place #01-63/64, Kallang Wave Mall, Singapore 397628 (focused on VR experiences and Floor Is Lava)
- Overworld Lava — 181 Orchard Road #05-30/K1/K3, Orchard Central, Singapore 238896 (focused on physical interactive games — Floor Is Lava, Laser Maze, Tap Tap)

Our three outlets are open daily from 11am to 10pm, with last booking call at 9pm. Open Monday through Sunday including public holidays.

Adult Supervision
For the safety of all players and to ensure the best experience, groups consisting entirely of children under 10 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout their visit.
Younger Children
For safety reasons, if younger kids wish to participate in any activity, please contact our staff in advance to check suitability and learn more about the activity requirements.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes — sports shoes are recommended. You'll be moving around for most of our physical games (Floor Is Lava, Laser Maze, Tap Tap), so dress for active play. Skirts, dresses, and heels are not ideal.
Do you offer team building or birthday packages?
Yes! We offer team building packages for corporate groups and birthday party packages with bundled activities, catering options, and private session times. Available at both outlets — get in touch with the relevant outlet for a custom quote.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is highly recommended, especially for weekends, public holidays, and peak hours (evenings). For VR Arcade, VR Escape and Floor Is Lava — reserve a time slot online via overworld.com.sg/booking.
Walk-ins are accepted if there are open slots, but availability is not guaranteed.
Can I book the VR Machine Ride online?
VR Machine Ride is walk-in only — no online booking required. Just drop by our Kallang Wave Mall outlet and our staff will get you on the machine in minutes. Each ride is $15 per pax for 1-2 games (about 8 minutes total).
When should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked session. This gives you time to check in, get briefed on the game, and prepare your equipment. Late arrivals may have their session time shortened.
What's the difference between weekday and weekend pricing?
For VR Arcade at Kallang, peak rates apply on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays:
- 30 Min: $23 (Mon-Thu) / $26 (Fri-Sun & PH)
- 1 Hour: $37 (Mon-Thu) / $42 (Fri-Sun & PH)
- 2 Hours: $74 (Mon-Thu) / $84 (Fri-Sun & PH)
Other activities (Floor Is Lava, Laser Maze, Tap Tap) have flat pricing — see the individual game pages for full details.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
No refunds will be provided for cancellations, missed bookings, or no-shows, regardless of the reason, according to our policy.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes — we offer gift vouchers redeemable across our outlets. They're a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion. You can also purchase via our Wogi store.
Can I reschedule my booking?
You may reschedule your booking by giving us at least 1 day notice in advance. Same-day changes to the time or date are not allowed. No refunds will be provided.
Are there any current promotions?
Yes! Check our Promos page for the latest deals — we run quarterly promotions, limited-time bundles, and seasonal offers. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for early access to new drops.
Do I need previous VR experience?
Not at all! Every session starts with a 10-15 minute VR briefing from our Game Masters. They'll help you with the headset, controls, and recommend games suited to your comfort level. First-timers and seasoned players are equally welcome.
Can I wear glasses inside the headset?
Yes, most glasses fit inside our VR headsets. Our headsets accommodate frames up to about 142mm wide and 50mm tall. If your frames are larger, the headset may push against them uncomfortably — let our staff know on arrival and they'll help you adjust.
What if I get motion sickness?
Most players are completely fine — motion sickness in VR is uncommon and usually mild. If you do feel uncomfortable, just take off the headset and rest. Our Game Masters can recommend games with less locomotion (more stationary play) if you're VR-sensitive.
If you have a history of epilepsy, anxiety disorders, heart conditions, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before using VR and let our staff know on arrival.
Can I play VR with friends?
Absolutely. We support 1-10 players in the same session. Many of our titles have co-op and PvP modes — you can battle each other, work together to escape rooms, or compete on shared leaderboards.
What games are available?
Browse our full library on the VR Arcade games page — over 30 titles spanning shooters, rhythm, puzzle, horror, casual, and PvP genres. Popular favorites include Beat Saber, Half-Life: Alyx, Arizona Sunshine, Propagation, and Tower Tag.
How long is a session?
Each Floor Is Lava session is 25 minutes of non-stop action. You can stack multiple difficulty levels (Warm Up, Hot Floor, Inferno) within that time.
How many people can play?
Up to 6 players per session. The whole team shares 12 lives — coordinate or burn out together.
Where can I play Floor Is Lava?
Floor Is Lava is available at three outlets — Overworld VR (Kallang Wave Mall), Overworld Lava (Orchard Central) & Overworld (Funan).
